The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal on Tuesday reserved judgement in the ongoing Ondo governorship crisis till Thursday.
A panel of three judges led by Ibrahim Salauwa disclosed this after taking final arguments by counsel on the matter.
The panel, a newly constituted group set up by the Appeal Court President, Zainab Bulkachuwa, had adjourned hearing on the matter on Monday after sitting for about 10 hours.
A previous panel had resigned based on allegations of bias by a party in the suit.
